if i were in the judges shoes then i would definatley go in the favor of anna because of the fact that Kate will never be totally healed no matter what anna does, Kates quality of life has sunk by now and Sara should realize that she never would have had anna if she couldnt have helped Kate in the first place. i view sara as the mother of one and the user of one, she is using anna to save Kate, but she doesnt realize that sooner or later anna is going to figure that out and stick up for her own body.
